Mason Alumni Farm Tour

The Center for Innovation and Entrepreneurship and the Mason Alumni Association would like to invite you to join us for the Fall 2019 Mason Alumni Farm Trip at Whiffletree Farm in Warrenton, VA!

Please mark your calendar for the afternoon of Friday, November 1st .

Here’s our day of schedule:

• 1-2pm, Beyond Organic Farm Tour

• 2-3pm, Light Fare with the Farmer’s products

Meet Jesse Straight and hear about his decision to build a beyond organic farm in Northern VA. Tour the farm and learn about why this method of food production is humane, healthy for animals, land, and community and provides insights into how we can build a better, more sustainable food system.

The Center for Innovation and Entrepreneurship (housed within the School of Business) Council Members will be joining us for the farm tour and food. This will be a great opportunity to meet and network with their council and leadership team.

• We highly recommend that you wear closed toe shoes and comfortable clothes.
